The first Ukrainian World of Warcraft race has been announced

The guild Arey, together with EpicMiniatures and WoW Hub, and with media support from Sport.ua, has announced the launch of a major PvE event in World of Warcraft — The Race to Ukrainian First, inspired by the well-known Race to World First.

The goal of the event is to determine the first Ukrainian static team to clear the Mythic raid The Voidspire in Season 1 of Midnight.

Any Ukrainian static team that meets the following criteria is eligible to participate:

• The team’s progress must be recognized as guild progress according to data from Warcraft Logs. Multiple static teams from the same guild are allowed.
• The guild must not include players from Russian realms. Their presence before or during the race will result in automatic disqualification.
• Boss kills must occur without players from Russian realms. Progress will be tracked via public Warcraft Logs.
• Splits and the use of multiple characters are allowed.

Registration will remain open until the Normal raid difficulty opens (March 18) and for one additional week after that.

Additionally, changes to the Major format have been announced: Stage 3 will take place without BO1 matches.
