The M7 World Championship Grand Final Sets a Mobile Esports Peak Viewership Record

On January 25, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship — M7 World Championship — came to an end. Esports Charts shared the tournament’s viewership statistics.

The championship grand final between Aurora Gaming PH and Alter Ego ended with a 4–0 scoreline. The match peaked at over 5.6 million concurrent viewers. The tournament itself generated 135.5 million hours watched. By both of these metrics, M7 set new records for mobile esports.

Tournament Statistics

Previously, the record for peak concurrent viewers belonged to the Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore, which was watched simultaneously by 5.4 million fans.
