The Lost Legacies event is currently active in The Sims 4, guiding players through the stories of Ondarion's noble families. During the event, players frequently encounter the Royal Envoy, also known as Marina Corsair. However, as the story unfolds, players discover that she has been stealing treasures from the families and selling them for quick profit.
The event concludes with the Royal Envoy attempting to escape via the ferry near the Blue Velvet Nightclub. Players must confront her with the truth and decide how to respond.

After intercepting the Envoy, players can choose either Forgive or Report Activities. They may report her thefts to the noble families or forgive her while asking her to stop stealing.
Players complete four weeks of quests to reach this point, making the choice feel significant. However, the outcome only affects the text notification they receive. The Royal Envoy will despawn but remain in the Relationship Panel. Players cannot invite her to the current lot or interact beyond text messages, and relationships remain unchanged.
After finishing the quests, players can summon the Royal Envoy to the current lot using cheats.

Those who select Report will see this notification:
«Marina, the Envoy, looks in disbelief as [Sim] recounts all the deceit, nefarious plans, and how it will be reported to the royal families. In response, Marina shouts, '[Sim], know that I will remember this moment for all eternity. Take advantage while you can; I will have my revenge one day!' With that, Marina leaves for now, and all of her plans are foiled…»
Players who choose Forgive will see:
«Marina, the Envoy, sighs with relief and smiles: 'Thank you so much, Beatrice, for not turning me in. I saw an opportunity and got carried away. Do everyone a favor and look after those treasures. I might pay them a surprise visit one day.' With that, Marina leaves for now.»

As a Reminder, CS:GO impresses with its player count after returning to Steam.
