Electronic Arts has unveiled the The Sims 4 Marketplace — an in-game platform where players will be able to “discover, purchase, and use” new content. Alongside this, the company is launching the Sims Maker Program, which will allow approved creators to publish their work directly in the game and earn money from it.
The Marketplace will launch on March 17 for PC and Mac. It will arrive on consoles later this year. The platform will be fully integrated into The Sims 4. Content sold through the official Marketplace cannot be sold on other platforms.

Creators will set their own prices for their packs and will receive 30% of sales revenue. For example, if a pack costs 400 Moola, the author will earn $1.20.
EA stated that the new program will not replace free mods. Creators can continue to offer their work for free on other platforms.
Reminder: EDward Gaming and XLG Esports have been eliminated from VALORANT Masters Santiago 2026.
