Today we watched a Ukrainian derby between Inner Circle and B8. For the first time in a long while, only Ukrainian players were on the server, which was really приятно to watch. It was also interesting that there were seven B8 players in the match: five from the active roster and two former players.

Unfortunately, the match lasted only two maps. Even though Inner Circle showed good CS on Dust2 and fought on equal terms with B8, the 13:11 scoreline in favor of B8 shows that Inner Circle fell just short. On the next map, Mirage, B8 closed it out confidently with a 13:6 score.

As a result, B8 move to a 2–2 record and will fight for the last playoff spot. Inner Circle, meanwhile, are eliminated from the tournament they weren’t even supposed to attend. Two weeks before the event, Imperial announced their withdrawal, and Inner Circle took their place.
