Antonina Predko, who currently works at the Inner Circle organization, spoke to Players about the purpose behind creating the club’s CS2 academy.
An academy is something that all respectable organizations are working on right now. We are no exception, and we strongly believe in the younger generation.
Its main goal is to provide resources for the main roster — to develop our own talents for the main team and to scout the best young talents in Ukraine. This is a priority for us, because we have a Ukrainian academy.
I’m more involved in partnerships, media, that whole area — mainly focused there. And also on our side projects.
