The co-op friendslop game Dear Passengers, developed by Kyiv-based Flexus Games, has quickly become one of the most talked about indie titles. Players take on the role of the crew working for the world's worst airline, while the game's trailer has earned tens of millions of mostly organic views across social media.
The sudden attention helped the project reach around 700,000 wishlists, but it also ignited a heated debate online.

The controversy stems from several scenes featured in the trailer. Viewers spotted characters named Epst. J and PDiddy, along with a sequence showing a passenger resembling Donald Trump being thrown out of an airplane. Those moments divided the community. Some players called for a boycott, while others admitted the viral discussion made them interested enough to add the game to their wishlist.
