The agency Palaye, which founded the Ukrainian Games Festival on Steam in 2022, has announced that in 2026 the event will be held offline for the first time. The festival will take place in San Francisco alongside the Game Developers Conference.

On March 10 and 11, 2026, an open Ukrainian games space will operate in downtown San Francisco. Visitors will be able to try demo versions of ten projects and attend developer talks focused on working in the industry during wartime. The program will also include a charity auction, with all proceeds going toward medical backpacks for frontline medics via Leleka Foundation, co-organizers of the event.

The timing of the festival is especially significant as it coincides with GDC, the world’s largest conference for game industry professionals, which attracts more than 30,000 attendees each year.

The lineup will feature Tukoni: Forest Keepers by Dream Operator, STONKS-9800, Hollow Home, Back to Hearth, Becastled, DDoD, Floralis, Warfactory, Jitter, and Titan Chaser.

Admission will be completely free and will not require a GDC badge. Visitors will need to register in advance on the event’s website. The venue will be located at 530 Bush Street and will be open on March 10 and 11 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
