Three years after debuting with the track "PARANOIA," the League of Legends virtual boy band HEARTSTEEL returns to the stage. Riot Games announced the release of the new single "Live My Life" and an official music video, which will take place on Friday, September 18, at 7:00 PM Kyiv time (18:00 CEST / 9:00 PT). The premiere will take place on the official League of Legends YouTube channel, after which the track will appear on all major streaming platforms.
The band's return falls on the final part of Riot Games' current gaming season, which is entirely dedicated to music. Created in 2023 following the success of K/DA, HEARTSTEEL gathered over 200 million streams, 74 million of which came from YouTube. According to the developers, "Live My Life" logically continues the story of the debut track and highlights themes of overcoming self-doubt, embracing one's individuality, and moving forward with confidence.
The roster of virtual characters in the group remains unchanged — Ezreal, Kayn, Aphelios, Yone, K’Sante, and Sett. On the other hand, the team of real-life performers underwent significant updates, with Grammy Award winner Jon Bellion, known for tracks like "All Time Low" and "Good Things Fall Apart," acting as the writer and producer of the new song.
