On July 10, the second act of the first chapter of the Dark Carnival in-game event officially launched in Dota 2. The new themed content is now fully available to all players through the game client.
As part of the update, the developers have unlocked two new locations. They also announced the return of the Exchange of Inappropriate Materials, allowing players to gift their accumulated tickets to friends.
