World's Edge and Forgotten Empires have officially revived the previously canceled Baltic Powers expansion for Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition. The DLC is now scheduled to launch on September 10, 2026, for PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
The expansion introduces two new civilizations. The Poles focus on a strong economy and powerful cavalry, while the Danes excel at naval dominance and defensive strategies. Players will also receive more than 25 themed maps, new challenge scenarios, the Regicide and Independence game modes, and over 50 hero customization items included in Hero Cosmetic Pack Vol. 2.
An open beta is currently available and will remain live until August 6. Steam players can participate by selecting the open_beta branch in the game's beta settings.
As a Reminder, Tomb Raider: Catalyst officially delayed to 2028.
