Respawn Entertainment has officially announced a crossover between Apex Legends and the Cyberpunk 2077 universe. The event launches on July 14, bringing iconic characters from CD Projekt RED's franchise and the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime into the battle royale.
The crossover will be featured exclusively in the Wildcard limited-time mode and will not affect the game's standard or ranked playlists.
As part of the event, the E-District map will receive a major visual overhaul inspired by Night City. Alongside the return of the nighttime version of the map, players will find themed graffiti, signs of Arasaka's presence, and numerous references to Johnny Silverhand.
The skyline has also been completely redesigned to match the iconic cityscape from the anime adaptation, including its signature Moon.
Respawn and CD Projekt RED worked together to reimagine Cyberpunk's most recognizable characters as Apex Legends skins. The collaboration will feature the following cosmetic combinations:
