The Flashpoint update for ARC Raiders adds a couple of new weapons, introduces a fresh map modifier, and expands the game with several new quests. One of these, called Outstanding Balance and obtained from Tien Wen, requires players to locate Dodger’s hidden stash and a separate deal location. Both objectives must be completed during the same run, and the game provides very little direction. Below is a reworked walkthrough explaining how to finish the task and what rewards await.
Outstanding Balance quest walkthrough
Because the mission involves extracting with a specific item and handing it back to Tien Wen, bringing a free loadout is risky. If you are eliminated by ARC enemies or other players, you will have to restart from scratch. A simple setup like Looting MK.1 is more than enough, so queue into a Blue Gate match with a light kit.
After spawning, move toward the Outer Gate located near the center of the map. Once you pass through the checkpoint and enter the large gate area, you will reach the Traffic Tunnel. Your first objective is somewhere here, but not immediately visible. Head toward the far northern section, leaning toward the western side of the tunnel. You will find a cache you can interact with to complete this step.
★ Remain cautious while moving through this area, as enemies such as Fireballs, Pops, and especially a roaming Bastion can quickly interrupt your run.
For the second objective, travel to Pilgrim’s Peak to locate Dodger’s deal site. Look for a zipline that leads up to the rooftop. You can access it either from outside by climbing toward the Communication Tower or by entering the main structure and unlocking a door near the tower’s locked room.
While ascending on the zipline, jump just before reaching the top to land on a mid-level platform with red generator-like objects. Between them, you will spot a yellow bag. Loot it to obtain Dodger’s Note, then store it safely in your Safe Pocket. After that, head for the nearest extraction point and return to Esperanza.
