Aurora Gaming have defeated BB Team in the quarterfinals of the IEM Cologne Major 2026 in CS2, securing a place in the semifinals. The series ended 2:0, with scores of 13:6 on Nuke and 13:9 on Anubis.
Both maps were controlled by the Turkish roster, allowing them to confidently advance to the next stage. BB Team were eliminated from the tournament.
In the semifinals, Aurora Gaming will face the winner of the matchup between 9z Team and FURIA Esports.
The IEM Cologne Major 2026 runs from June 2 to June 21 in Cologne, Germany, with a total prize pool of $1.25 million.
