Blizzard Reveals Gameplay Trailer for Sierra — New Overwatch Hero

Blizzard Entertainment has introduced Sierra, a new hero coming to Overwatch. She will join the Tank role roster.

According to her lore and trailer, Sierra is connected to a mysterious faction and has a military background. Her design combines heavy armor with advanced gadgets, allowing her to act unpredictably against enemies.

Sierra’s abilities:

• Helix Rifle (weapon) — an automatic assault rifle that fires in a spiral pattern, increasing accuracy during sustained fire.
• Tracking Shot — marks an enemy; shots from the Helix Rifle will automatically track the marked target.
• Anchor Drone — deploys an anchor drone; upon reactivation, Sierra dashes toward it.
• Concussive Charge — throws a charge that creates a shockwave on impact.
• Pathfinder (Ultimate) — activates a drone that flies forward and drops explosives.
• Secondary Role: Recon (passive) — dealing damage to enemies below half health reveals their location.

Blizzard confirmed that Sierra will join the game with the launch of Season 2, starting on April 14.
