Player Homes and Estates in Forza Horizon 6 may look expensive at first, but their bonuses quickly make them worth the investment. Players can customize these properties, show them off to friends, tune their cars, change avatars, and even create new fast travel points.

Each house also unlocks unique perks that make exploring Japan much more enjoyable.

At the moment, players have discovered eight purchasable homes in the game. This guide covers their locations, unlock requirements, and bonuses.

How to Unlock Mei’s House

Mei’s House is available from the beginning of Forza Horizon 6. It is located in the Ohtani region and unlocks the Wheeler Dealer perk, allowing players to trade cars at the Autoshow.

How to Unlock Tokyo House

Tokyo House is free for players with the VIP Pass included in the Premium Edition. Otherwise, it costs 3 million Credits.

The house is located in Tokyo City and grants the Daily Wheelspin perk, giving players a free Wheelspin every day they attend Horizon Japan.

How to Unlock Yashiki House

Yashiki House becomes available after earning the first Discover Japan stamp. Purchasing it costs 10k Credits.

The property is located in the Hokubu region and includes the Estate Builder perk, which allows players to build structures at the Estate.

How to Unlock Minka House

Minka House unlocks after obtaining the second Discover Japan stamp and costs 450k Credits.

It is located in the Ito region and comes with the Credit Stunts perk, rewarding players with an additional 10% Credits during Horizon Stunt Party Events.

How to Unlock Hakusan Mountain Lodge

Hakusan Mountain Lodge becomes available after the third Discover Japan stamp. It costs 635k Credits.

The property is located in Sotoyama and includes two perks: Additional Garage Slot and Cool Credits. The latter grants an extra 10% Credits during Horizon Life Events.

How to Unlock Fuji Unkai House

Fuji Unkai House unlocks after earning the fifth Discover Japan stamp and costs 830k Credits.

Located in the Shimanoyama region, it grants the Career Driver perk, which increases Credit rewards from Horizon jobs by 10%.

How to Unlock Soko 78

Soko 78 becomes available after the sixth Discover Japan stamp and costs 980k Credits.

The house is located in Tokyo City and includes the Import/Export perk, reducing Autoshow car prices by 5%.

How to Unlock Vision House

Vision House unlocks after the seventh Discover Japan stamp and costs 1.5 million Credits.

Located in Ohtani, it grants both the Additional Garage Slot and Driving With Friends perks. The latter increases skill score gains by 10% while performing LINK Skills.
