Completing the mission A First Foothold in ARC Raiders

In ARC Raiders, you can encounter a fairly challenging mission called “A First Foothold”, which was added so players can familiarize themselves with the Blue Gate region. To successfully complete this mission, you need to find four locations and perform specific actions at each of them.

Actions required to complete the A First Foothold mission

Stabilize the observation platform near the Ridgeline

• To complete this task, you need to head to the observation point on the eastern border of the Blue Gate map. You must interact directly with the deck that supports the structure. There are two interaction points; you can use either of them, and the task will be counted as completed.

Activate the communication terminal near the Olive Grove

• The communication terminal is located on the southern border of the map. It is an open platform with a computer on it. You simply need to interact with the computer, after which this stage will be completed.

Secure the roofing sheets on the Raiders’ structure near Trapper’s Glade

• You need to find a small hut in the Trapper’s Glade area. Then climb onto the roof, where you will find an interaction point.

Reposition the satellite antennas on the roof of the church north of the Data Vault

• If you head to the northern border of the map, you can find a ruined church there. After you find it, climb onto the roof where the radar antennas are located. Getting up there is not easy, but it can be done without special equipment—for example, via the scaffolding on the western side.

IMPORTANT: these tasks can be completed in any order.

Mission Reward

After completing the “A First Foothold” mission, head to Speranza to receive your reward. This will grant you:

• A set of grenades and throwable gadgets.
• Access to the next quest — “Reduced to Rubble.”
