Former Monte and Team Falcons player BOROS has once again found himself at the center of controversy.

A clip has been circulating on social media showing the player using offensive remarks towards his Chinese teammates during a FACEIT match.

According to the community, this incident may have been the reason behind his removal from the active roster of Alter Ego. Additionally, the organization received an official warning for “insufficient control over the player.”

Later, ACL organizers officially announced that BOROS had been banned from participating in their tournament due to offensive comments directed at Chinese players.

Following the wave of criticism, BOROS publicly apologized to the Chinese players and his organization:

Hello everyone My recent words were inappropriate and came across as racist that was not my intention. I apologize to those affected especially my fellow chinese friends and will be more mindful about how I communicate moving forward.

As a reminder, Streams of creators who previously promoted “Alabuga” are now unavailable in Ukraine and the EU
