A humorous contract signed by a couple has gone viral online, outlining one partner's right to play GTA 6 uninterrupted for the first ten days after the game's release.
According to the agreement, which is valid from November 19 to November 29, 2026, the gamer is allowed to spend as much time playing as they wish. The contract includes several tongue-in-cheek conditions: the other partner is prohibited from walking in front of the TV screen, and any requests or conversations may only take place after the current in-game mission has been completed. However, the agreement also includes a compromise — if the partner paid for the game in full or contributed at least £40 toward its purchase, they are entitled to waive one of the restrictions.

Despite the contract's clearly humorous nature, social media users mocked the need for such precautions. In comments on Reddit and X, many players jokingly pointed out that GTA 6 is not a competitive online game, meaning it can simply be paused at any time.
Earlier, Team Liquid and MatchWornShirt announced a charity auction of match-worn jerseys from Esports World Cup 2026 in support of UNICEF.
