A new item, Shushei’s Mana Jug, will appear in the upcoming League Classic game mode. In this way, the developers will honor the memory of Maciej “Shushei” Ratuszniak, who became the first World Championship winner as part of the Fnatic team and passed away on April 28, 2025.
According to dataminer Spideraxe, Shushei’s Mana Jug will be the only "new" and completely exclusive item for the League Classic mode.
This is not the first step taken to honor the esports player's memory. Previously, during a special LoL Esports event, players were given his championship skin, Fnatic Gragas, for free, and Shushei himself was featured in the official Worlds 2025 anthem.
Furthermore, this is not the first such precedent in the game: the well-known blogger John “TotalBiscuit” Bain, who battled cancer, is immortalized in the item Total Biscuit of Everlasting Will.
Shushei’s Mana Jug is a renamed version of the item Athene’s Unholy Grail. The artifact received its original name in honor of World of Warcraft content creator Bachir “Athene” Boumaaza, who fulfilled the conditions of the Refer-A-Friend program by inviting 5,000 people.
The League Classic mode will become available to players on July 29, along with the release of patch 25.15.
As a reminder, Activision presented the first full trailer for Modern Warfare 4 and announced its release date.
