The International Federation of Football Association (FIFA), during its FIFA Digital Football presentation, announced a list of football games that will receive official content dedicated to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026. Among the confirmed titles is Rocket League.
FIFA and Rocket League already have a history of collaboration. The game was previously featured in the FIFAe World Cup esports tournaments in 2024 and 2025, and this partnership will continue as part of the FIFAe World Cup 2026.
The World Cup–themed content will be integrated into Rocket League Season 23. While official details have not yet been revealed, it is expected that Psyonix will introduce themed items throughout the season, including content for the upcoming Rocket Pass.
