Day two of the Demacia Cup Global Invitational 2026 Round 3 ended with a FlyQuest victory in the Round Robin format. The team managed to overcome their opponents in the 0-2 pool, securing the sole ticket to the next stage, while GAM Esports and Shopify Rebellion have officially been eliminated from the competition.
GAM Esports finished the tournament in 10th place without winning a single map. First, FlyQuest confidently swept them 2-0, capitalizing on the Vietnamese squad's early positional errors and maintaining reliable objective control. Immediately after, GAM fell to Shopify Rebellion: SR demonstrated patience and superior macro in game one, and sealed the 2-0 victory in game two thanks to an unconventional Amumu pick and the teamfight dominance of Olaf and Ezreal.
The decisive battle for survival between the two North American rosters went the full three-game distance. FlyQuest won the first game with a 10,000 gold lead, but Shopify Rebellion managed to tie the series. In the final game, FlyQuest jungler Johnson "Gryffinn" Le played the pivotal role: his aggressive and flawless performance on Shyvana (6/0/7) left the opponents with no chances. By the end of the day, Gryffinn had earned his fourth Swiss stage MVP award, making him the absolute tournament leader in this metric. Shopify Rebellion exited the championship in 9th place.
The final matches of the Swiss stage to determine Knockout Stage qualification will start on October 8 at 12:00 PM Kyiv time. While BRION, Team Vitality, and LGD Gaming are already awaiting their playoff opponents thanks to their 2-1 finishes, the fate of the final spots will be decided in two series:
