Epic Games has officially announced the return of Fortnite to iPhone and iPad devices through the App Store across all regions, including Ukraine. The company shared the news on social media and released a press statement addressing the ongoing legal conflict with Apple.
According to Epic Games, Fortnite is once again available on the App Store worldwide. The company also stated that it intends to continue challenging Apple’s policies regarding App Store commissions and payment restrictions.

«We are confident that governments around the world will not allow Apple junk fees to stand, while the U.S. federal court continues reviewing the case over the coming months», — Epic said.
Epic additionally pointed to growing regulatory pressure in several regions, mentioning new laws and investigations in Japan, the European Union, and the United Kingdom aimed at increasing oversight of major digital marketplaces and mobile ecosystems.
The return of Fortnite also gives players an opportunity to claim the free Yeddy skin. However, Epic clarified that the game is still unavailable on iPhone and iPad devices in Australia due to ongoing legal proceedings between the two companies.
