G2 Esports claimed victory at the first tournament of the season — LEC 2026 Versus in League of Legends. In a thrilling grand final, the “Samurai” defeated Karmine Corp with a 3–2 score.
This win not only secured G2 Esports the title of the first split champions of the year, but also earned them the статус of the sole EMEA representative at the upcoming international event — First Stand Tournament 2026.
The tournament will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, where eight of the world’s best teams will compete for the first international trophy of the season.
As a reminder, Ukraine’s national team finished in the top 3 at the Adhoc European Tournament 2026 in Rocket League.
