The final quarterfinal of BLAST Rivals Season 1 has concluded, aGamerLegion defeated Astralis and advanced to the semifinals of BLAST Rivals Season 1 2026.
nd it could have easily gone in a completely different direction. Two underdogs of this stage faced off — GamerLegion and Astralis. It was far from obvious who would take the match.
GamerLegion managed to take the first map on their opponent’s pick. After that, they simply pulled off a miracle. Astralis were leading 12:4 on Inferno, and it looked like a decider would be inevitable, but GamerLegion mounted a massive comeback, forcing overtime and eventually closing out the map, securing the entire quarterfinal.
Astralis are now eliminated from the tournament, finishing in 5th–6th place, while GamerLegion advance to the semifinals, where they will face Vitality.
