MOUZ announced roster changes, but with an important caveat: the team will not be able to use the updated lineup in full at the IEM Cologne Major. According to the Major Rulebook, they are required to compete with the lineup listed in the April 6 VRS invite, allowing only one substitution via a stand-in. As a result, jL—despite being signed for upcoming tournaments—will miss the Major, while Brollan will temporarily return to the roster.
The organization explained that this decision was made to give the new lineup a head start after a disappointing first part of the season. At the same time, it creates an unusual situation where the team will play with different lineups across tournaments.

Additionally, a user from Ukraine, KSiringan96342, has already posted on social media platform X, asking jL to wear a MOUZ jersey without the title sponsor, the Russian bookmaker FONBET, which pays taxes to the Russian Federation.
