The legendary Dane is leaving FaZe Clan during one of the worst seasons in the organization’s history. As previously rumored and later confirmed by HLTV, karrigan will depart FaZe after IEM Rio 2026 and join Falcons. The tournament has just recently concluded, so the time for major roster changes has come.
It is still unclear whether karrigan will play at the Major, as there is no information on when Falcons managed to register their roster change.
The Danish captain spent over five years in the organization — 1,887 days to be exact.
karrigan also shared his farewell message:
Today I’m leaving FaZe Clan to start another journey. Representing this team and its fans has been a complete honor. I came back to FaZe for a reason, to create history, and that we did, especially in 2022. It’s always been a privilege to wear this jersey, with it comes the fantastic organization and its players. For all the teammates I had on my journey, thank you for giving me the trust to lead you guys.
To the fans, being a FaZe fan has never been easy, but we did eat good some years. The ultimate support you guys have provided in every arena there is, is something that forever will be in my heart and in my memory. Without the fans, there would be no FaZe Clan, thank you for all the years of support
As a reminder, Neityu will temporarily join FaZe as a stand-in for karrigan, who is set to move to Falcons
