A new leak has shed light on an unannounced co-op game set in The Witcher universe, reportedly taking place long before the events of the main series. According to the information, the project will feature extensive character customization and a skill-based progression system.
The unverified report, highlighted by MP1st, claims the game is being developed primarily for PC and mobile platforms, with no console version currently planned.
The adventure is said to be set in the year 1230 and will allow players to create their own Witcher through a robust character creator. Progression will reportedly focus on skills, enabling players to combine abilities from different Witcher schools and build unique character setups.

The leak lists several key features:
No release window was mentioned in the report. Rumors about a multiplayer Witcher spin-off have circulated for years. CD Projekt RED previously confirmed it was working on a multiplayer-focused project codenamed Project Sirius. While the leak does not explicitly connect the new game to that title, the similarities between the two are notable.
The studio also announced in early 2025 that it had partnered with Scopely, the publisher behind Monopoly GO and Pokémon GO, to develop a new game based on one of its intellectual properties.
