The new hide and seek game Meccha Chameleon is currently dominating Steam sales charts and has reached the number one position among top selling games on the platform. It is outperforming major titles such as Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and several other AAA releases.

Released on June 10, Meccha Chameleon offers a unique hide and seek experience where players control a white mannequin that can be painted to blend into the environment. The game has earned a Very Positive rating on Steam after more than 35000 user reviews. Its popularity on streaming platforms helped it go viral, driving strong early sales momentum.

According to Steam Top Sellers data, Meccha Chameleon has secured the global number one spot. Shortly after launch it climbed to second place, trailing free to play hits like Counter Strike 2 and later PUBG Battlegrounds.

The game is maintaining its lead even during the Steam Summer Sale, when most titles receive significant discounts. Despite this, Meccha Chameleon has kept its price at 5.99 dollars.

On June 26, developers confirmed that the game had surpassed 10 million copies sold, with the number likely increasing further since then.
