The owner of GSC Game World, Maincast, and NAVI, Maksym Krippa, has joined the list of co-owners of the Ukrainian company Burny Games, which specializes in mobile game development.
The company noted that Krippa has been its investor and strategic partner since its founding in 2022.
“I am consistently expanding my IT and GameDev assets by investing in different segments of the industry — from large studios such as NAVI and GSC Game World to the mobile sector, which is currently one of the most dynamic in the world. Burny Games has shown itself from the very beginning as a mature team with strong scaling potential. They combine expertise, responsibility, and passion for the product. I am convinced that such partnerships are shaping a new wave of Ukrainian game development companies capable of competing globally,” said Maksym Krippa.
Burny Games operates in the mobile puzzle games segment. According to GameDev DOU, the company has 138 employees. It covers the full game development cycle and has also started expanding into publishing.
