NAVI Eliminated from IEM Cologne Major 2026 After Loss to G2

NAVI were eliminated from the IEM Cologne Major 2026 CS2 tournament after suffering a defeat to G2 in a playoff qualification match. The series ended 1:2, with NAVI winning Dust2 13:11 before falling 14:16 on Inferno and 10:13 on Mirage.

For Natus Vincere, this was their second opportunity to secure a playoff spot at the event. Earlier in the tournament, the team faced Falcons and also lost 1:2, with scores of 3:13 on Dust2, 13:7 on Mirage, and 16:19 on Anubis.

As a result, NAVI finished in 9th–11th place and earned $20,000 in prize money.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to June 21 in Cologne, Germany. The tournament features a total prize pool of $1.25 million.

As previously reported, the team of Gabe Newell’s son secured third place in its class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans race.
