Parker reveals salary details at HEROIC

Former HEROIC Dota 2 roster player David “Parker” Níco Flores appeared on a stream hosted by blogger ElMacarius. During the broadcast, the esports player подробно spoke about roster expenses, player salaries, and prize pool distribution terms.

According to Parker, the average salary of a player in HEROIC ranges between $9,000 and $12,000 per month. However, payments are not equal across all roster members. The core lineup earns $9,000–$12,000, while newcomers, such as Tailung, could receive between $5,000 and $8,000.

Parker himself admitted that his maximum salary was $10,000, emphasizing that the contract amount directly depends on a player’s “in-game momentum” and form.

Additionally, Parker stated that organizing a bootcamp in Brazil cost the club approximately $15,000–$20,000 per month.

Regarding tournament winnings, the team follows a standard distribution model for major organizations:

• 85% of the prize pool goes to the players. Each participant can expect a share of 15–18% of the total winnings.
• 15% of the prize money is taken by the organization.
