From August 4 to 15, Paris will host a major Rainbow Six Siege tournament as part of the Esports World Cup 2026. The world's top teams will compete for the championship trophy, prize money, and global EWC Club Points.

The tournament is divided into three consecutive stages:

  • Play-in (August 4–5): Eight lower-seeded teams will compete for two open slots in the next stage.
  • Group Stage (August 6–9): 16 participants will be split into two double-elimination groups. Four teams from each group will advance to the playoffs (two from the upper bracket and two from the lower bracket).
  • Playoffs (August 12–15): The top eight teams will battle for the title in a single-elimination bracket starting from the quarterfinals. The regulations also include a separate third-place match.

Analyst and fan attention is focused on the showdown between top regions. North America aims to solidify its status as the world's strongest region following DarkZero's triumph at the Salt Lake City Major and M80's success at the Munich championship.

Meanwhile, European teams are looking for revenge. In particular, EWC 2025 winners and Six Invitational 2025 finalists Team Secret will attempt to return to the top with a refreshed roster. A special threat to all competitors comes from Brazilian organization FaZe Clan, which demonstrates impressive consistency with two consecutive Six Invitational victories under its belt.

The tournament winner will take home $750,000, 1,000 EWC Club Points, and a direct spot at Six Invitational 2027. The runner-up will receive $350,000 (750 points), while the third and fourth-place teams will earn $200,000 (500 points) and $115,000 (300 points), respectively. Payouts are guaranteed for all participants down to 21st–22nd places.

Play-in and Group Stage matches will be broadcast across two parallel streams: on the EWC YouTube channel, as well as on the Rainbow6 (primary) and Rainbow6Bravo (secondary) Twitch channels. All playoff matches will be broadcast exclusively on the main stream.

Following the conclusion of EWC 2026, rosters will return to Stage 2 regional competitions to fight for qualification slots at BLAST R6 Major Osaka 2026, scheduled for November 6–15.
