The player admitted that he initially had optimistic expectations about making it out of the group, but during the actual matches, he realized the true difficulty of the tournament. According to him, every participant demonstrated incredible skill and the highest level of play.

The esports athlete paid special attention to his status as the only Japanese player at the competition. Souma13 emphasized that he felt immense pride, but at the same time, a great responsibility toward his fans back home. His main source of motivation was the support of his friends, who sincerely believed in his success and urged him to win it all.
Despite his best efforts, Souma13 finished in 4th place in his six-player group and was unable to advance further. In his official statement on X, he thanked everyone for their support and noted that he accepts this result, planning to use it as a stepping stone for his future development.
