Marvel continues to build excitement for its upcoming superhero films. Shortly after unveiling the first trailer for the next Avengers movie, the studio has now released the final trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, bringing Tom Holland back as Peter Parker.
Running for more than two minutes, the trailer features large scale action sequences, emotional moments, and highlights the film's central premise. After Doctor Strange's spell erased Peter Parker's identity from everyone's memory, the people of New York no longer know that Spider-Man and Peter are the same person, forcing the hero to fight crime anonymously once again, just as he did at the beginning of his journey.
The trailer also confirms the return of familiar characters, including the Punisher, Bruce Banner, and Scorpion, while the members of the Hand will serve as the movie's primary villains.
Zendaya will once again reprise her role as MJ alongside Tom Holland. However, even Peter Parker's girlfriend no longer recognizes who he is.
To further promote the film, Sony and Insomniac Games will release a free DLC update for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on July 28. It will introduce the Fresh Start Suit, a new Spider-Man costume inspired by Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
