Streamer HandicapableSean rose to prominence in 2022 when he completed Elden Ring using only his chin. He lives with Duchenne muscular dystrophy — a severe genetic condition that progressively weakens and damages muscle tissue.

During his Elden Ring playthrough, he managed to defeat Starscourge Radahn, which brought him widespread attention.

Now, HandicapableSean is returning to Twitch to complete Super Mario 64 using only his eyes. The reason for this change is difficult: during a recent stream, Sean explained that his condition has worsened, forcing him to switch to alternative specialized control methods.

“My disability has been progressing faster lately,” he told viewers. “But I’ll overcome the challenges thanks to my love for games and technology.”

Sean uses the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 along with software called Iris, as well as SensePilot — a program that enables hands-free PC control through head movements and facial gestures.

Reminder: the price of the Steam Controller was recently leaked online.
