Minoru Toriyama, a sports management lecturer at Osaka Seikei University and founder of the Esports Research Group, has compiled a ranking of esports organizations based on disclosed funding data from CB Insights.

T1 topped the list with approximately $100 million in disclosed funding, narrowly surpassing Team Vitality, which has raised $98.4 million, and 100 Thieves, which secured $97.5 million.

The next position was occupied by Cloud9 with $82.8 million in disclosed funding. Meanwhile, Gen.G and Fnatic rounded out the top six with $59.4 million and $55.4 million respectively.

The ranking highlights the scale of investment that leading esports organizations have attracted over the years as the industry continues to mature and expand globally.

As a reminder, Counter-Strike 2 has significantly outperformed VALORANT in viewership metrics throughout the first half of 2026.
