The first match of the day will be the Brazilian derby between FURIA and Legacy. Neither team will be able to fight for the championship anymore, but third place at EWC 2026 and a significant share of the prize pool are still on the line.
This will be the first meeting between FURIA and Legacy at EWC 2026. However, the two teams are well acquainted from previous tournaments. The head-to-head record favors Legacy — the Brazilians have won three of their five matches, while FURIA have won two.
Their last meeting took place before EWC, so today’s match will give FURIA a chance to level the score in this rivalry. Legacy have already produced several upsets at the tournament, eliminating NAVI in the Round of 16 before defeating Falcons 2:0 in the quarterfinals.
FURIA have also shown a high level of play in Paris. The team defeated G2 in the quarterfinals but lost to FUT in a tense semifinal series, missing out on a chance to compete for the championship.
Now both teams have one final opportunity to finish EWC 2026 with a victory and claim the bronze medal.
The main event of the day, however, will be the Grand Final between FUT Esports and Spirit.
For FUT, this is a historic moment — the team has reached the final of a major international tournament for the first time. The former NAVI Junior players have already defeated FURIA in the semifinal and demonstrated that their aggressive and fearless Counter-Strike can work against the very best teams in the world.
We will be especially supporting the Ukrainians on the FUT roster — Dmytro “dem0n” Myroshnychenko and Nikita “cmtry” Samolotov. For them, this is an opportunity to finish EWC 2026 as champions and forever write their names into FUT’s history.
Spirit enter the final after defeating Legacy, but FUT have already proven that they should not be underestimated. In the decisive match of the tournament, FUT have a real chance to continue their fairy tale and lift the main trophy.
