Ubisoft has officially confirmed that it is working on several games set in the Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry universes, covering both single-player and multiplayer projects. The information was revealed in a new interview with Variety featuring the company’s CEO, Yves Guillemot.

Guillemot discussed Ubisoft’s recent restructuring, including the activities of Vantage Studios — a subsidiary backed by Tencent — which will now oversee the development of the Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry franchises.

“Vantage Studios currently has a strong project lineup in preparation,” Guillemot said. “Under the Assassin’s Creed brand, several titles are in development, including both single-player and multiplayer experiences. Our ambition is to further expand the community, which surpassed 30 million players last year. As for Far Cry, expectations are very high, and we currently have two very promising projects in development.”

He emphasized that his primary goal is to ensure Ubisoft’s long-term financial stability and to deliver games of the highest quality standard, as the gaming industry has become “more competitive and demanding than ever.”

As a reminder, NAVI have been eliminated from VALORANT EMEA Clash 2026.
