Riot Games and Tencent are reportedly preparing to announce the long-awaited global release of Valorant Mobile during Gamescom. So far, the game has remained exclusive to the Chinese market.
Community speculation began after Tencent unveiled plans for the large-scale "Worlds of Play: The Game Art Exhibition", which will take place from August 27 to 29 as part of Gamescom. The exhibition will feature high-quality artwork and immersive installations dedicated to more than 40 of the publisher's titles, including League of Legends, Honor of Kings, and Assassin's Creed Resynced.

Fans also spotted a brand-new English-language Valorant Mobile logo among the exhibition materials—a version that has never been shown publicly before. In addition, Tencent has promised several "global debuts." While this could refer only to the exhibition itself, many fans believe it is a direct hint at a major game announcement.
The exhibition will take place shortly after the first anniversary of Valorant Mobile's launch in China, which debuted on August 19, 2025. The community believes that the appearance of the English logo signals preparations for the game's international release.
During its first year as a China-exclusive title, Valorant Mobile experienced rapid growth. Since May of this year, the game has surpassed 10 million daily active players in China alone.
Previously, the second act of the "Dark Carnival" event launched in Dota 2.
