VALORANT teams up with Discord — Patch 12.07 details revealed

Riot Games has unveiled the details of Patch 12.07 for VALORANT. The update focuses on social features, UI improvements, and technical fixes.

VALORANT × Discord integration

VALORANT is partnering with Discord to make it easier to play with friends. By linking accounts, players will unlock new social features:

• Invite Discord friends directly into your VALORANT party from within the game
• Copy and share lobby links on your server or anywhere your friends are
• See which of your Discord friends are currently playing VALORANT

These features will first launch in beta in Brazil, followed by release in the U.S. and Canada on April 21. A global rollout is scheduled for April 29 alongside Patch 12.08.

Settings UI improvements

Riot Games has updated several settings screens to improve usability and clarity:

• Added hierarchical (parent-child) relationships for related settings
• Introduced hover tooltips
• Settings previously under “General — Other” are now split into three categories: “User Interface,” “Content Filtering,” and “Network”
• Overall visual refresh

Crosshair updates

Several weapon skins have received crosshair alignment improvements to better match the center of the screen and base sights:

• Kuronami Marshal
• EX.O Outlaw
• Nocturnum Marshal
• Araxys Outlaw
• Operator
