The closed qualifiers for The International 2026 in Dota 2 have already concluded in two regions.
In South America, one slot was up for grabs. The qualification was won by LGD Gaming, who defeated PlayTime 3-0 in the grand final.

China was allocated two slots. Team Resilience secured the first berth through the upper bracket after defeating Yakutou Brothers 2-0. Yakutou Brothers then faced Vici Gaming in the lower bracket final, where VG emerged victorious and claimed the region's second slot for TI.

The International 2026 will take place from August 13 to August 23 in Shanghai, China. The tournament will feature a minimum prize pool of $1.6 million.
