Wolves Esports player Huang “ArFeng” Zifeng confirmed that the team has been denied the visas required to enter the United States. As a result, the roster—composed entirely of Chinese players—will likely miss the BLAST R6 Salt Lake City Major.

ArFeng posted a video on Bilibili, where he said: “Unfortunately, the visa officer shut me down. Maybe next time.”

The tournament, featuring a $600,000 prize pool, is set to begin on May 8. At the moment, neither Wolves Esports nor Ubisoft have issued official statements regarding how the situation will develop.

As a reminder, PUBG MOBILE has announced a collaboration with the anime Blue Lock.
