Esports organization Passion UA, founded by footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko, may be on the verge of shutting down.
According to documents filed with the UK Companies House registry, the club’s founder, Oleksandr Zinchenko, lost his status as the beneficial owner of Passion UA LTD on May 10, 2025. Currently, 75% of the organization is owned by the club’s CEO, Artemijs Riabovs, who effectively manages the project.

Concerns have also been raised by the fact that the organization’s social media accounts have not been updated since June 5. Meanwhile, the Passion UA Academy played its last ESEA match on June 10.
As noted by the SHTAB CS2 Telegram channel, most of the club’s employees have indicated on LinkedIn that they are open to new job opportunities.
As a reminder, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will receive a free suit inspired by the upcoming movie.
