Today, April 22, the group stage of PGL Wallachia Season 8 came to an end. After five days of play, eight teams have been determined to compete in the playoffs, while the rest have been eliminated.
BB Team and Aurora Gaming advanced to the playoffs without a single loss. PV, Team Liquid, and Team Falcons each suffered only one defeat during the group stage. South America Rejects, Team Spirit, and HEROIC moved forward with a 3–2 record.
The tournament run has ended for GamerLegion, Xtreme Gaming, MOUZ, Vici Gaming, Virtus.pro, Natus Vincere, Team Yndx, and Tundra Esports.
The playoff stage of the tournament will begin on April 23.
PGL Wallachia Season 8 is taking place from April 18 to April 26 in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament features a $1 million prize pool.
