The Global Esports Federation (GEF) has announced that movie legend and martial arts master Jackie Chan has become the official ambassador of the Global Esports Games.
This partnership reflects the growing intersection between traditional entertainment, classic sports, and global youth culture. Under the slogan #worldconnected, the Global Esports Games aim to demonstrate that esports is more than just gaming.
The Global Esports Games (GEG) is the main annual international tournament organized by the Global Esports Federation. National teams representing GEF member countries compete for medals across multiple gaming disciplines. The next edition of the tournament is scheduled for December 2026.
