Today marked the end of the first day of PGL Astana 2026, a tournament in Kazakhstan that has already delivered plenty of surprises. We witnessed the debut of jL for MOUZ and the debut of karrigan for Team Falcons, and both turned out to be successful.

No teams were eliminated today, as the Swiss system still gives everyone another chance. However, by the end of the next matchday, we’ll already know which teams will be on the brink of elimination and which ones will be just one step away from the playoffs.
