Today, April 18, the PGL Wallachia Season 8 Dota 2 tournament kicked off. The event will run until April 26.
One of the opening matches of the group stage featured Xtreme Gaming vs. NAVI. The Ukrainian team aimed for a strong start to their campaign, but the Chinese squad proved stronger on the day, securing a confident 2–0 victory.
As a result, Natus Vincere now hold a 0–1 record in the group, while Xtreme Gaming move to 1–0. Both teams will play their next matches on April 19, though their opponents are not yet known.
PGL Wallachia Season 8 is taking place from April 18 to 26 in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament’s prize pool stands at $1 million.
