Analytics company Esports Charts has reported that the NAVI vs Falcons match in the 2–1 bracket of Stage 3 at IEM Cologne Major 2026 peaked at more than 1.2 million concurrent viewers, setting a new peak viewership record for this year's tournament.
The match also came close to surpassing the all-time peak viewership record for the entire IEM Cologne series. It fell short by just 34,000 viewers. The current record was set during the grand final of IEM Cologne 2022 between Natus Vincere and FaZe Clan, which attracted more than 1.24 million concurrent viewers.
The NAVI vs Falcons series ended in a 2–1 victory for the Saudi-backed organization. NAVI still have one final opportunity to qualify for the playoffs, but they must defeat G2 in today's decisive match.
IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to June 21 in Cologne, Germany. The tournament features a prize pool of $1.25 million.
