The organizers of the Brawl Stars Championship have announced major competitive updates ahead of the start of the Summer Split. Developers continue to refine the esports ecosystem by adding new tactical tools for teams.

According to the official Brawl Stars esports page, two key changes will be introduced:

  • Map Draft: Teams will now be able to choose maps themselves during monthly finals and all Offline Events. This change significantly expands the strategic depth of match preparation, allowing teams to better play to their strengths.
  • Global Bans: An in-game global ban system will be introduced starting from the second day of monthly qualifiers.

These changes take effect as part of the current BSC 2026 season and aim to make the competitive Brawl Stars scene more balanced and entertaining for viewers.

As a reminder, LEGO may release its own version of Cities: Skylines.
